A large urban renewal, a new dynamic

On courtyard side, a urban plateau, on garden side, spaces dedicated to neighborhood uses. For each spaces we design a specific lighting quality : the plateau is bathed with a mix of white and pinky tones made with high poles with a thin figure. The planted heart shaped as islands give a soft and friendly atmosphere. On north side, the green corridors outdoor games are highlighted as a background of the entire site. To reinforce the overall scenography, the higher buildings are outlined with light and blind facades are decorated with gobo projections.
