african headquarter for Euronews

The new African headquarter of Euronews plays a very important urban role. Visible from the city as well as from the neighbouring country, thanks to its signal tower, it is a new landmark in the landscape. One facade houses a LED-screen that broadcasts Africanews programmes in real time, night and day. The giant media frontage is a LED screen slid into a stainless steel mesh. This facade inscribes the building in the city, giving it a digital and luminous face, new rhythms, images and colours. To bring out the light of this building, which is already very well lit by these screens, we are developing a “shadow plane” allowing each light effect to find its right place. We take care of all the lighting: facades, forecourt, monumental hall, restaurant, terraces, clean room, newsroom, offices, waiting rooms, learning center, car parks…
