Blosne district

The ZAC Est du Blosne presents various nocturnal issues (architectural, urban, public, private…) that need to be discussed for a plural but coherent result. Reinforcing the centrality of the Place Jean Normand site, emphasising the environmental and energy quality of the lighting installations, requalifying the numerous green spaces and creating a black grid, strengthening the commercial attractiveness by setting up an active base, improving the site’s legibility by highlighting the architectural and urban perspectives… are the main lines of thought to provide answers adapted to the context of the district as well as to the lighting issues.
