combo hotel in Béziers

The project of this Hotel Combo, which is built on a sloping road, consists of four entities that form a functional whole adapting to the context. A base includes the customer car park, the technical areas, the delivery area and the staff annexes. It is located at the level of the drop-off areas and offers vertical access to the ground floor. The base also serves as a base for the ground floor forecourt, which includes shared back office areas where the public services of each of the two 2* and 4* hotels gravitate. The rooms, and some meeting rooms (on the ground floor), are organised around an architectural fault line (76 for the 2-star hotel, 90 for the 4-star hotel). A roof accessible from the attic offers privileged spaces in the 4* hotel.
