Lighting design of a development area, its roads, its central mall and lighting recommendations for real estate operators. The project creates a simple, practical and sustainable development, in return of great generosity in uses and quality of public space on the central mall. Its slender masts, equipped with LED luminaires sustains the whole set of activities. The central mall is changing with the seasons ; in its white light, some colors touches, accompanies the evolution of vegetation, give richness and depth to the evening walk.
