The project to develop the lower quays of the Seine in Rouen plans to free up the space to allow major events to be held. Large wooden lighting poles (25 metres high), carry the daily and event lighting effects over the 60 metre wide quay. These poles provide multiple services: support for kakemonos, sound systems for concerts or security, event lighting, high-powered fairground connections.
