multimodal bus station
Indoor and outdoor lighting design of a multimodal transportation hub. The project focuses on improving the overall feeling of users in the space, in order to give back a positive image of space. Concrete building, designed as a superstructure slab supported by multiple pillars, we choose to make a “forest” of concrete and light. A green tint bathes both side walls of the complex with patterns in white light made with gobos projectors. The bus platforms are illuminated with soft white spotlight that also made a blade of light on the concrete pillars and create a vertical rhythm in the space. A real stroke of freshness in this place depreciated, our intervention disrupts radically the bad vision on this place..
