A new office campus is being built in an emblematic building of functional architecture designed by Jean Dubuisson. It has been completely renovated and redesigned to meet the new uses of office buildings: open plan offices, lab spaces, showrooms, places for exchanges and services, appropriation of spaces in the listed park, etc. The light subtly accompanies the work of the Partie Commune agency, enhances the identity of the various spaces, and contributes to working comfort while meeting the building’s HQE objectives.
