To provide the City of Evreux with a real destination, a hyper city centre that is lively on a everyday life, which enhances the attractiveness of the town by promoting its cultural, commercial and heritage offer, such are the challenges of the illumination project. The scope integrate illumination of buildings (theatre, library, bell tower…) and square (fountain, projections, event uses possibles).
