Saint-Marcel cave

Saint-Marcel cave contains a vast network of underground galleries rich in a variety of spaces and configurations. The renovation of the cave’s lighting subtly accompanies the visitor’s path and reveals its characteristics in a precise staging of the remarkable elements. The Queen’s Cabinet, the Hall of Gours and its balcony, the Fountain and Hall of the Virgin, the King’s Table and Passage…. The light reveals the particularities of the cave such as concretions, collapses, gours, galleries, large rooms and natural sculptures in order to compose a narrative path and to enhance all its qualities.
